• Finish: Pepper and tobacco spices linger with waves of vanilla, caramel, and loads of honey. Dried fruit like cherry and raisin soften the light punch of oak tannins with more vanilla and honey on the finish. Finishes like a whiskey of years past that is not easy to replicate today.
