Sporting an inconspicuous ducted installation, this MatrixAir smoke eater is perfect for bars and nightclubs, cigar and hookah lounges, restaurants and kitchens, schools and universities, cannabis cultivation facilities, function halls, and manufacturing systems. Supplied with premium air filters, it can undoubtedly deliver excellent air cleaning performance.

Powerful Air Purifier with 1,250 CFM Airflow

Intended for “whole-house” air filtration systems, the MaxMount1500 effectively cleans the air leaving no irritants roaming in the atmosphere. It features a mighty 1,250 cubic feet per minute (CFM) airflow to handle medium to heavy room pollution. This industrial smoke eater is powered by a 120-volt, 8-foot power cord with a 3-prong grounded plug for a safe operation. Featuring a standard ½-horsepower 9-amp motor, you can also get the optional ¾-horsepower 9.6-amp motor for an additional $150.00.

Triplex Air Cleaning System

A fantastic and robust air filtration system is the heart of every MatrixAir smoke eater. The MaxMount1500 offers the finest and cleanest air quality with its eco-safe, highly effective yet simple design. It is also easy to tidy up and maintain.

• Polyester Pre-filter

The pre-filter layer is MatrixAir’s initial barrier and is designed to get rid of lint, hair, dust, pollen, and other large airborne particles. It is the first layer of air filtration found in the unit, which should be changed every 3 to 4 weeks. Plus, it is made of high-quality polyester material designed to extend the HEPA filter’s life.

• Activated Carbon Filter

Referred to as MaxMount1500’s chemical filter, this carbon filter can eliminate foul odors and dangerous gases by absorbing their molecules. It can also remove harmful Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in the room’s atmosphere. Located just behind the polyester pre-filter, we recommend replacing the activated carbon filter at least every two months.

• HEPA Filter

The HEPA filter is the most crucial stage in the triple air purification system. It can strain smoke, spores, dust mites, mold, spray paint, ashes, viruses, and other micro-particles with its pleated design. This filter is held by a galvanized aluminum frame located behind both the pre-filter and carbon film. To maintain the HEPA filter’s outstanding performance, we advise changing this layer at least every 12 months.

Effective for superior air cleaning, this 6-inch activated carbon filter effortlessly traps the molecules of dangerous gases and odors, virtually improving the room’s ambient air quality. 

• 99.97% HEPA Filter

The HEPA filter is proven to remove pollutants with a size of 0.3 microns. It features a pleated design that can clean out pollen, mold, spores, dust mites, ashes, smoke, spray paint, and viruses.

• UV Light

The optional UV light accessory uses ultraviolet C rays to kill all kinds of toxic bacteria and viruses in the environment, preventing all types of infectious diseases from thriving.
