Edelbrand Pure Distilling The Distiller’s Tasting Collection W/ Live Tasting

TASTING NOTES:

Unaged pear brandy: The fragrance of ripe pear greets your nose as soon as the bottle is opened. You will want to linger here, guaranteed. The firs sip delivers the pure essence of the ripest Bartlett pear – luscious and dripping with flavor. The second sip is an invitation to explore the soft edges of this spirit.

Unaged apple brandy: Fresh and crisp Fuji and Granny Smith on the nose and palate, apple aficionados, this spirit is for you! The infusion of plum gives a hint of honey color to the spirit and a delicate touch to the aroma and flavor. If you’ve previously only had barrel-aged apple brandy, explore what whole fruit mash can produce in a spirit without the influence of barrel-aging.

Unaged grape brandy: Hints of pear and apricot give this spirit a touch of sweetness on the back note. A cold infusion of fresh dill just before final proofing adds a discrete botanical kizz, making it an excellent choice to splash over Prosecco, substitute for gin or aquavit.
